LA TRANSFERENCIA
La Transferencia es la puesta en acto de la realidad del inconsciente, realidad que por sujeto deseante y sujeto gozante siempre da cuenta de la materialidad del inconsciente, que es sexual.
Todos tenemos las mismas condiciones hereditarias psíquicas por seres del lenguaje, los mismos deseos y en eso somos semejantes y nos diferenciamos en la forma de renunciar a esos deseos inconscientes sexuales, infantiles y reprimidos que son incestuosos. Todos somos grupales (sociales) y singulares (individuales).
La libido retirada de la realidad tiene dos posibles destinos: se dirige a las fantasías o a los deseos sexuales infantiles, siendo ambas dos, fuentes de resistencia y motor en la producción de salud. Resistencia y motor porque allí donde anida una dificultad reside un tesoro por eso lo que cuesta vale y vale lo que cuesta.
La transferencia pone en acto estas resistencias siendo desde el principio, en la producción de la salud, la transferencia el arma más poderosa de la resistencia. Las resistencias son tácticas para detener la labor analítica en la producción de lo nuevo donde no es necesario enfermar para hablar.
La puesta en acto de la transferencia puede manifestarse de forma positiva o negativa, activa o pasiva según sea la ambivalencia afectiva del sujeto y cuánto mayor sea la resistencia a lo novedoso mayor será la transferencia que el profesional debe escuchar y saber esperar porque no se puede imponer el bien. Todo esto sucede a nivel inconsciente para el sujeto; a nivel consciente todos queremos el bien, lo mejor. Pero a nivel inconsciente podemos ser nuestro peor enemigo, por eso las tendencias agresivas dificultan la producción de salud.
Cuando la salud la dirige el pasado, el paciente vive como actual y real lo que se manifiesta en la transferencia terapéutica. Sabemos que esos impulsos hostiles o amorosos, y esa resistencia proceden de impulsos infantiles, sexuales, reprimidos, inagotables y vigentes. Cuando la salud está dirigida desde el proyecto futuro, la interpretación permite nuevos pensamientos que no necesitan ya de lo instituido como pasado y ahí la transformación es posible en la producción de la salud.

The Transference is the enactment of the unconscious´s reality, that for being individuals of desire and enjoyment, it always accounts for the materiality of the unconscious that is sexual.
We all have the same psychic hereditary conditions and also the same desires since we are beings of language and we are similar in that. We differ in the way of renouncing to those sexual, infantile and repressed unconscious desires that are incestuous. We are: group (social) and singular (individual).
The libido taken away from reality has two possible destinations: it is directed to fantasies or to the childhood sexual desires, both of which are sources of resistance and the driving force in the production of health. Resistance and motor because where a difficulty lies, there is a treasure, so what it costs is worth and is worth what it costs.
The transference puts these resistances into action, being from the beginning, in the production of health the most powerful weapon of the resistance. The resistances are tactics to stop the analytical work in the production of the new where it is not necessary to get sick to speak.
The implementation of the transference can manifest itself in a positive or negative, active or passive way depending on the affective ambivalence of the subject and the greater the resistance to the new the greater the transference that the professional must listen to and know how to wait because it cannot be impose the good. All this happens at the unconscious level for the subject; on a conscious level we all want the good, the best. But at the unconscious level we can be our worst enemy, which is why aggressive tendencies hinder the production of health.
When health is directed by the past, the patient lives as actual and real what is manifested in the therapeutic transference. We know that those hostile or loving impulses, and that resistance come from infantile, sexual, repressed, inexhaustible and current impulses. When health is directed from the future project, the interpretation allows new thoughts that no longer need from what has been instituted as the past and there transformation is possible in the production of health.
