THE AFFECTIVE VARIABLE IN THE HIGH MANAGEMENT

We all have economic and affective needs. Sometimes are more important the affective needs of feeling that people love you, value and considerate than economic needs. From these two types of needs there is a demand, a request for salary, social recognition, membership of the club. The needs, always subjective, are the one which generate desire. Without needs there is not desire and without desire the footballer will be only a mediocre player, and the administrative a worried man by business. There is not in the person needs which do not go through the demand of love and for the sexual desire.

In the preparation and training of every sport professional, three variables must be recognized which can not be missing in the equation and this, separately, are not the formula of anything: 1) THE PHYSICAL, 2) THE TACTIC, and 3) THE PSYCHIC. The sports directors must be advised by the most appropriate professionals in each of these matters. The ambition to seek perfection incites warlike by pretending to be what we are not, and in mastery there is evidence, it is not for what they teach but what they allow us to learn. The teaching is group and learning is unique in each case.

It can be wished the best for you and for others but sometimes it is not like that, and any help is rejected, showing contempt in every act. As sport director you can be found in the performance of their function with collaborators who suffer attacks of envy, mistreat the partners, showing "unconsciously" an inferiority complex and a great feeling of guilt. These are situations of great intolerance that boycott projects. What to do in these circumstances’? To answer the question, let's start with the following working hypothesis: affections are liars and feelings deceive us, the song says: "Rancour, I fear you were love" or "there are lovers that kill" when we all know that the truth is cooked in the changing room.

Consciousness perceives only what it can. We said before that consciousness functions as the organs of perception (eyes, ears, skin ...). Consciousness has eyes, both outward and inward, and the most interested information for the person, since consciousness can not accumulate it, goes to the unconscious in the form of memory. In memory is everything which has been apprehended (feelings are also learned) we all have dimensions of love and hate that we acquire mainly in the family environment.

Feelings are susceptible of deception, proof of it is that sometimes we love what is bad for us, we hate someone who helped us, we stumble several times with the same stone, we firmly believe that the sun rotates, moves around us, and that we are the centre of the universe or our family, and the most important, that we are the centre of our team. Really the earth revolves around the sun, we are all replaceable and our way of loving, workings, negotiating, are already written in some book even though we have not read it.

Senses give us information of reality that is always unfolded when it arrives at the consciousness as manifest and latent, that is, an appearance of things (knowledge) and a lack of knowledge (facts). We look at the sun and see how is shown and hidden, it is generated the illusion that the eyes give us, the sun moves, and it really is the earth that revolves around the sun. Knowing the sun does not mean knowing its actual movement, and it can be confused with the apparent movement from which the organs of perception inform us, generating the illusion of movement.

In every human act an unconscious desire is made, for example: I know the team and I do not know the soul of the players or I know my prejudices and I do not know my talent.

Another example that feelings deceive us: we know a person and the first day we barely talk, but we don not like her, and a few weeks later we become close friends and ended up confessing what we thought the first day.

Actually when we reject someone, it is something from us that is rejected; it is something we do not agree with, even if we put the blame on the other or in the reality. We always see the straw in the other's eye instead of checking our own umbilicus.

Errors, mistakes and bad thoughts that happen in the person usually can " be displaced" thanks to the psychic mechanism of Identification and the implementation of the Transfer. Identification, acting unconsciously through displacement, slips over other subjects of our interest, characteristics what we were, who we are or what we would like to be.

So the starting hypothesis: "feelings and senses deceive us" we would have to transform it into "perhaps we may be interested in being deceived by the senses and feelings" for an individual and narcissistic interest. That is to say, we see what is not, we hope what we never agreed to be fulfilled, and we want them to love us without doing anything in return. And so we go, sometimes, in the life with an exceptional character (an example; if I had a bad childhood I consider myself with extra rights and impunity to commit crime or to be late for training ...) People, sometimes deceive ourselves to carry the reason, to impose our truth, although with it we damage the social relations of our life. And when we do not want to recognize something that happens to us, what we do not want is to recognize our actions, because it always returns from the outside.

When we listen and look always do it from learned ideological models. For all of us there is what we call "our truth."

Making responsible to the players, partners, coaches, referees, to the field and thinking that oneself is not involved in that defeat, in that inadequate classification, in those permanent conflicts with the press or in the economic debacle, is a characteristic of narcissistic people who use their feelings in order to deceive themselves and live deceived; even if they do not deceive anyone who is not an accomplice and therefore responsible of an exacerbated narcissism that only can gain to mirror.

The courage of the psychoanalyzed self-criticism, finishes defeating the silent cowardice of a person who usually criticizes everything. When we want to be right in any conversation, it is is another classic way of deceiving yourself and putting your work in danger.

We recommend in these cases: first recognizing the error, then accepting that one is involved in that error and in a third step rectifying in the next act. This is the only way to achieve true transformations in sports knowledge.

Transformations in the social person allows us to move from a secondary life to a life of first division, to stop being a mediocre team and aspiring to be a champion, to stop occupying positions without great relevance, to start working in clubs with great prestige, to change the individualism of the loneliness for the group work and to lead a sports club.

Everything can be built. When we hold a deception of our feelings and affections (which are oedipal feelings, that is to say, infantile, perverse and individual thoughts that even repressed continue beating alive in each person) it is to reject some unconscious desire contrary to what we say we want.

When we want something and we can not get it, what we really want is something else, which we do not recognize. Because when you have the necessary conditions to get something and "you can not", actually “you do not want".

And if you ask, how can we learn to wish? you learn it by wishing, that is by repetition. For example, how do you wish to read? First you have to read, and staying in reading you get wishing to read. Playing is learned by playing and then there is the desire to play, and from there you can reconstruct the operations and mechanisms that intervened in that learning process.

The reality that we all have is the reality that we have been able to produce and, something has to do with our unconscious wishes, even if we go wrong. Something is satisfied in every person even if it is a defeat, a dismissal, a failure or a triumph. Always some wish is satisfied, although consciously we suffer, if we investigate the case, we come to see that something is satisfied in each act. Sometimes the unconscious desires to suffer are so great, so necessary for that person that prefers to flee rather than lose. About learning to lose and learning to win, the hardest thing is to keep winning.
